Upon graduating with honors from Georgia State University with a BA Film & Video, the shark blasted off to NYC to study advanced film production at New York University and New York Film Academy. While orbiting NYC, the shark wrote and directed several short films and completed three screenwriter-for-hire assignments. Armed with little more than these early successes and a broadcast-quality digital video camera, the shark rocketed to Los Angeles to pursue a cinematic career with an emphasis on writing, producing, and directing features.

Since that time, the shark's produced, written, & directed several shorts including "Sex, Lies & Ravioli" (a Forbesbest.com finalist) and "Yan Dash!" (which showcased at Rooftop Films in NYC) - and shark's comedy sketches have been featured at The LA Comedy Store's "Best of LA Comedy ShowCase." Other noteworthy gigs include producing segments for NBC's "Hip Hop Nation," Fox Sports' "Playground Earth," and various other media projects. Recently dubbed LA's Best Event Promoter at www.publicitywhore.com, the shark was also selected to judge the Burst Music/Artist Network Leader Of the Pack A&R Showcase and featured in a recurring role on TNN'S "The Ultimate Revenge" (with Ryan Seacrest). In addition, Planet Shark was recently an official sponsor of The Moondance Film Festival and Nashville New Music Conference (among others).

Today, the shark's not only the fearless ruler of Planet Shark and an accomplished writer-director-producer, but also a highly regarded marketing and promotions ninja who specializes in global showbiz marketing and promotions -- And Shark's "Industry Insider Forum" is fast becoming one of the Internet's most popular destinations for showbiz professionals worldwide.
